The registration form is available here: Washington Flag Congress Registration Form. After calculating your fees, you may pay thru the PayPal button on the "Paying Thru PayPal" page or by following the instructions on the registration form.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

To qualify for the Early Registration or Regular Registration Rates, NAVA must receive both your registration form and your payment before the deadline.

Full Registration

Includes: Meeting Packet (including Meeting Flag & Pin; Welcome Reception; All Plenary Sessions; Luncheons; Wednesday Vexillological Tour; Friday Closing Banquet; Group Photograph; Proceedings).

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations for all registrations other than Sponsor received before 1 July 2011 will be converted to “Sponsor Registration” and the difference in fees refunded to the registrant after the Congress.

Cancellations after 1 July 2011 will have fees refunded only at the discretion of the NAVA Executive Board.

NAVA EXHIBIT POLICY

  1. The NAVA Executive Board has established a policy for exhibits at NAVA meetings.
  2. Type and size of exhibit area and/or equipment needed, including tables, electrical requirements, etc. must be arranged in advance of the meeting.
  3. Only one table will be available free for attendees who have non-commercial exhibits. Each additional table will cost US $20.
  4. Commercial Exhibits will be charged US $20 for each table.
